Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to the service fee paid on XBRL Express through Cashfree. Please read it before paying.

1. Cancellation by you

• Before you submit documents: cancel any time for a full refund.
• After submission but before we start preparing your file: full refund on written request.
• After preparation has started: the service fee is not refundable, because the work is done on your documents. If we cannot deliver for a reason on our side (for example, we fail to deliver a usable draft), we refund in full.

2. Refund if we cannot proceed

If your documents cannot be used (for example, the financial statements are unsigned, incomplete or not provided within 15 days of our request), we may close the filing; the fee is refunded only if preparation had not started.

3. Other charges

Professional certification fees are refundable only if the service has not begun. Fees paid to MCA (challan) are government fees and are not refundable by us; if MCA refunds, we pass it on.

4. Duplicate or failed payments

If money was debited but the order shows unpaid, or you paid twice, write to us with the reference number; the excess or unmatched amount is refunded in full.

5. How refunds are made

Approved refunds are initiated within 3 working days and credited to the original payment method by Cashfree and your bank, usually within 5 to 7 working days. Bank or gateway charges are refunded only where the refund is due to our fault.
